Happy Monday Oct 3rd, 2011

Well, it was a pretty good weekend and morning.  Looks like the benefit for Phil Clodfelter has raised over $9,000 for the family.  Steven was in a pretty good mood, which made it easier for me to be gone a lot this weekend.  Saturday for the benefit and on Sunday night I was able to go to the Peter Frampton concert for free!  It was great the man can still sing and play beautiful guitar!  Yes, he has lost the hair, but still so good looking.  Steven was a little whiney this morning, but went out to wait for Uncle Jeff in the van.  So no fight this morning.  My diet was shot this weekend with all the happenings, try to get back on track today.  I hope you all had a good weekend and a blessed day!

Not so Happy Friday September 30,2011

Well, I was worried there might be negative effects of Jenn going with them.  We had to drag and carrying him most of the way to the van this morning because Jenn wasn't going.  And no Jenn, you don't need to go everyday.  He also had about 2 degrees of fever. They left about 15 minutes late and he is throwing a fit, but they are on there way.  I am also in a good bit of pain this morning.  My neck hurts bad and fighting the boy didn't help.  Here's to him making it to school with minimal damage to Dad and UJ.  Have a blessed day.

Well, pretty good morning overall.  Boy woke up happy and got on the van really good.  Of course I am sure the fact that Jenn came with Uncle Jeff to ride with them helped.  My blood sugar level was decent this morning and I am down 5 lbs.  So I am definitely happy on this Thursday.  It has been a good week for Steven he has been getting on the van with minimal whining.  He is still being nice to UJ as they go down the road.  I hope everyone who reads this will go to the benefit this weekend for Phil Clodfelter.  There is a dinner and silent auction going on.  Please let me know if you need more details.  Have a blessed day!

Well, they are off!  Good start to the week.  He was kinda cranky this weekend so I wasn't sure what today would hold.  He wanted me to take him everywhere.  IGA, Garage Sale, Wal-Mart, library and others.  I guess he wasn't wanting to be a homebody this weekend.  I am feeling some what better, blood sugar levels decent.  Not going to go out and walk today. I figure I will get enough exercise out in the warehouse today.  Trying to document and organize all of the show materials.  I am so excited! Not!  Have a happy and blessed day!!!!  And that I mean!

Happy Thursday Sept 22, 2011

I am happy to say, that the mornings are becoming redundant.  The only thing that was really different at my house is I let Stumpy come in for a while.  She is sitting on my lap purring away as I type.  Blood glucose levels not very good today.  I need to stay away from the candy.  I also need to get rid of the stress.  We will see how that goes today.  I think I will leave here in a few minutes and try to get a walk in.  That is what I really need to start doing.  So, with that I will leave you and get ready to put Stumpy back out and get out of here.  Take care and God bless.

Another good morning.  We worried for a few minutes.  Steven was carrying around the calendar wanting me to erase it and make it be October.  He went out to the van though before Uncle Jeff got here and was fine with climbing back in with him.  Of course, he had to get out and tell Jenn good morning and tell her "I love you".   I haven't done my blood glucose yet.  I didn't eat much last night though, I was feeling pretty rough.  My head still hurts, but I think I can eat and not be sick.  Well, here's to a better day and a happy one!  Take care and God bless.

Another good morning

Today was a little touchier than yesterday.  Steven is so ready to go to the mountains again.  Hopefully, we can get it all together in October.  BTW, Steven did great in the van yesterday.  He didn't hit or kick Uncle Jeff any!  :)  Diet not that great yesterday, but my blood glucose levels weren't to bad.  It was still a little high at 139, but I was expecting worse.  Be careful and have a blessed Happy Tuesday!!!
